At Manucurist, we want you to love your green beauty routine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, nail polishes and treatments must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit, including the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
